Your letter will be analysed by our system who is leveraging both proprietary intelligence and 3rd party software (GPT3.5 from OpenAI and OCR from Klippa NV). Before it is shared with OpenAI, we will attempt to remove any personal sensitive data (Steuernummer, VAT number, tax ID, Name, Address) and replace it by placeholders (such as ***/*****). It may happen that some personal sensitive data is still shared with OpenAI. Your letter will be kept securely on Accountable's servers for a limited amount of time, just enough to process it and generate the summary. Once the summary is generated, we will keep your letter for 7 days, then delete any copy of it.

Are the personal details in my letter shared with any 3rd party?
